Yes. Same floor as the pool. The machines only take coins.

Do they provide mini fridges in all rooms? As well, is any complimentary bottle water provided in the room? Thank you.

A mini fridge was also in my room with water. And I'm positive that even if yours doesn't for whatever reason the hotel is amazing and will provide you everything you need or want. It is so surrounded by a ton of convenience stores, cafe houses and restaurants so you'll have very easy access to all. Enjoy!
